Nathan is a partner in the Trusts & Estates Department of the law firm Hartmann Doherty Rosa Berman & Bulbulia, LLC. He counsels clients in estate and tax planning, special needs planning, estate administration and trust administration matters. Highlights of his practice include: (1) Drafting wills, health care directives and powers of attorney, (2) Creating revocable trusts, insurance trusts, family trusts, GRATs, QPRTs and annual exclusion trusts, and (3) Advising executors and trustees in the discharge of their fiduciary duties.

Nathan has been selected to the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star Attorneys for seven consecutive years and identified as one of New Jersey’s Outstanding Young Lawyers by The American Registry. Nathan is licensed in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
